For third-party tools, ⬇️ CHIRP CSV exports your channels in a format readable by UVMOD and UVTools FRL (both run in Chrome); CHIRP does not officially support the UV-K5(8), so for the simplest workflow use the ↓ Read and ↑ Write buttons above to program the radio directly.

The All tab of the Master List contains every channel and its full programming details. Since some radios have fewer memory slots available, users may only need a subset of channels for their specific radio. The filter tabs — Simplex, Repeater, Interstitial, Family, Public Safety, Rangers, Ham, NOAA, Air, and Heliport — organize channels by communication type. Each channel belongs to exactly one filter, so no channel is duplicated across tabs. Any channel added under any filter tab automatically appears in the All tab. The Public Safety and Ham tabs add a sub-filter dropdown (service category and ham band) for finer narrowing.
